ANNEX No. 2 to the Statute of the Learned Society of Slovakia

Statute of the Learned Society of Slovakia dated 19. 9. 2018, as amended by Annex No. 1 of 13. 11. 2019 is amended as follows:

1. A new Section No. 10 is inserted in Article VI of the Statute of the Learned Society of Slovakia, which reads as follows:
   10. The General Assembly and the Board may decide per rollam in situations and in accordance with the Statute of the Academy.
2. Annex No. 2 to the Statute of the Learned Society of Slovakia was approved by the Scientific Council of the SAS at its session on October 6, 2021, with effect from the day following its publication on the Academy’s website.
